Central Light Rail Transit Center, Bellevue, Washington, USA.

Aluminum, integrated interior light system, and granite.
33’ H x 8’ L x 4’ W

Inspired by windblown branches, Windswept is a strong focal point during the day and displays spectacular lighting effects at night. This totemic sculptural marker sits on top of a granite bench to combine seating and lighting. The sculpture was designed to replace a standard light pole. Infused with kinetic lighting, the sculpture subtly shifts its brilliant color, changing through the spectrum, and back. Commissioned by Sound Transit, Seattle, WA
